Imperial Club is owned by Affordable Community Housing Trust, a national non-profit organization that is committed to providing affordable, quality retirement housing to America’s senior community.

Management

Imperial Club is professionally managed by Triad Senior Living, a company with a successful history of providing quality care to seniors since 1990. Triad currently manages over 1,000 units of independent and assisted living in Florida, Illinois and Oklahoma. Triad’s owners began their senior housing careers as on-site managers which allows for a "real life" perspective in facing and meeting the very real and varied needs of an elderly clientele. Our management philosophy is to see each resident as an individual who has been created in God's image and has value and deserves respect, and we work hard to instill this as part of our overall operating point of view.

Leadership

Spring Strong, Executive Director, guides Imperial Club’s compassionate and caring staff. Spring is a native Miamian and has over twenty years in long term senior care. Spring counts it a privilege to work with the senior population at Imperial Club: “Every day has it highlights and challenges, but it’s so intrinsically rewarding.” She holds a Bachelor in Health Services Administration and Nursing Home Administrator’s license. She also enjoys fishing, snorkeling, and lobstering in the Keys.
