Imperial Club retirement resort community offers all the amenities of a fine resort at a fraction of the cost with apartments starting at $3,000/month. Our furnished apartments include a queen sized bed or two twin beds, kitchen area with dishes and silverware, coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator and plenty of storage. All apartments have color TV with cable and provide weekly housekeeping. We offer a full social calendar and daily breakfast and lunch served in our pool-side dining room are included in your monthly rent. We also provide complimentary area transportation and airport transfers.

Imperial Club is a community for people over 65 years of age and is in a safe, excellent location near Aventura Mall, local casinos, health care centers, and much much more. We have a heated pool and lounge area, on-site salon, weekly live musical entertainment, as well as a complimentary Friday happy hour.
